To request a service call:

Please contact our office during normal business hours or use the service request form below to:

  1. Fill in your contact details;
  2. Mark the brand of your hot water system (if known); and
  3. Provide some brief details as to the nature of the problem.

Our Service Department will either forward your details on to the relevant manufacturer for their attention (if appropriate) or call you the next buisiness day to arrange a service call if required.
