Dingo Installation Warranty Service
Dingo Solar warrants the installation workmanship on all of our Hot Water installations for a period of two years. We also provide a one year replacement warranty on mechanical parts we install such as valves, etc (but excluding the hot water system itself which is covered by the manufacturer).
Should an issue arrise following the installation of your hot water system that is related to our installation workmanship rather than the hot water system itself – please contact our service department during normal business hours on 1300 929 891 or submit a Service Request. We will be in touch within one business day to arrange a service call and get the problem fixed as soon as possible.
NOTE: Please have your installation receipt ready for the attending technician. Service call out fees (and appropriate parts and labour charges) will apply where:
- the heater was installed more than (2) two years ago; or
- the problem is a mechanical part (i.e tempering valve, non-return valve, etc) and the heater was installed more than (1) one year ago; or
- the problem is found to relate to the heater, or another issue unrelated to our installation workmanship.
